You always need a foundation for your Container home. This is because the ground moves a considerable amount. The ground can rise, sink or slide. This movement can be sporadic and is usually very slow.

Container homes are made of metal, so of course they can rust. However, it’s not as cut and dry as that. A lot of it depends on the climate where a container home is located. To prevent this situation, we use preheat steel and paint it with special paint which comes with a 3 years warranty.
